Article Withdrawal Policy
Authors are strongly advised to carefully review and ensure the readiness of their manuscript before submitting it through the Online Journal System (OJS). Submission of a manuscript indicates that the authors agree to follow the editorial and peer-review process until a final editorial decision is made.
Withdrawal of a submitted manuscript is strongly discouraged, as it may result in the loss of valuable time and resources already invested by editors, reviewers, and the publisher in processing the manuscript.
If the authors wish to withdraw a manuscript while it is still under the peer-review process, the corresponding author must submit a formal withdrawal request letter to the Editor-in-Chief. The letter must clearly state the reason for withdrawal and must be signed by the corresponding author. A withdrawal administration fee of IDR 400,000 or USD 20 per manuscript may be charged.
If the authors request withdrawal after the manuscript has been accepted for publication, the corresponding author must submit a formal withdrawal request letter to the Editor-in-Chief. The letter must clearly state the reason for withdrawal and must be signed by the corresponding author and acknowledged by the institution or agency leader. A withdrawal administration fee of IDR 600,000 or USD 30 per manuscript may be charged.
If the authors fail to follow the withdrawal procedure or refuse to settle the applicable administration fee, the journal reserves the right not to consider future submissions from the authors and/or their affiliated institution.
All withdrawal requests are subject to approval by the Editor-in-Chief.
