Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

  1. The manuscript must be an original research article.
  2. The article must be within the journal’s scope, covering all branches of chemistry except chemistry education.
  3. The manuscript must follow the latest journal template (2026).
  4. A minimum of 20 references is required, with 80% from peer-reviewed journal articles published within the last 10 years and 20% from textbooks or other relevant sources, using the IEEE citation format.
  5. The manuscript must consist of at least 8 pages.
  6. The manuscript must be written in English.
  7. The overall similarity index must not exceed 15%, with a maximum of 3% from any single source.
  8. The manuscript must be submitted in Microsoft Word format; if the file size exceeds 1 MB, it should be submitted via email.
  9. Supplementary Data may be added during the submission process.
