Adjustment of APC, Discount Policy, and Fast-Track Review

Dear Authors,

Helium: Journal of Science and Applied Chemistry informs all authors that there has been an adjustment to the Article Processing Charge (APC). Articles accepted after peer review will be subject to an APC of IDR 1,000,000 or USD 50. Article submission remains free of charge.

The journal also provides several APC discount schemes for eligible authors, including authors with international collaboration, fully international authors, Best Author in the previous issue, authors affiliated with Universitas Pakuan (UNPAK), Editorial Board Members, and reviewers of Helium: Journal of Science and Applied Chemistry. Only one discount scheme may be applied per manuscript, based on the highest eligible discount, and all discounts are subject to editorial approval.

Authors who require an accelerated editorial and peer-review process may submit a fast-track review request to the editorial office. The request must be submitted formally by the corresponding author and is subject to editorial approval and reviewer availability. Manuscripts processed through the fast-track review service will still follow the journal’s standard editorial screening, peer-review procedure, publication ethics, and quality standards. An additional fast-track processing fee may be applied if the request is approved.
